By providing a caring environment for everyone, we engender loyalty. As the saying goes – we don’t expect loyalty, we earn it. Our practice is part of Rodericks Dental, a company with over 65 practices across the country. We are different because our company is run by dentists – for patients.
David qualified from Birmingham University in 1979. He was awarded the Diploma in General Dental Practice by examination in 1994. He is now a member of the regional faculty committee and a member of the International Association of Implantology, Crown and Bridge work. David has a great interest in cosmetic dentistry, advanced crown and bridgework including Implants. David is a member of several dental committees including the West Midlands Post Graduate Committee and Birmingham Local Dental Committee. David also works as a part-time Clinical Assistant in Oral Surgery at Birmingham Dental Hospital. In his spare time David enjoys playing golf and fishing.
Shila qualified with distinction Birmingham University in 2008 and joined the practice in 2009. She completed The Diploma of Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties (MJDF) in 2010. Shila is committed to furthering herself in the field of Restorative Dentistry at The Royal College of Surgeons, London. Shila is a certified Fast braces and Inman Aligner Practitioner. Shila aims to provide a friendly, relaxed environment where patients can expect the highest standards in dental care and really enjoy their dental experience. She hopes to take the fear out of dentistry and help patients achieve the beautiful smile that they’ve always dreamt of, using the latest techniques, and this remains her passion! In her free time Shila enjoys cooking and travelling, playing tennis and practicing yoga to relax.
Ajit qualified with honours from Guys Hospital, Kings College London in 2004 and joined the practice in 2012. Ajit’s areas of particular interests are Implants, Crown and Bridge work, as well as the cosmetic aspects of dental treatment. Outside of work he plays 5 a-side football to keep fit and enjoys reading crime fiction novels.
Mike qualified from University College London in 1989 and joined the practice in 2014- As a general practitioner Mike has been providing a full range of dental treatments including all aspects of restorative dentistry from simple direct restorations through to complex crown and bridge work. Mike believes it is essential to build confidence and trust with his patients. In his spare time Mike enjoying travelling and gardening
David qualified from Birmingham University in 1978. David joined the practice in 2015 after working in several general practices. He has previously owned his own practices and has vast experience in all aspects of general dentistry. In his spare time David enjoys cycling and caravanning.
Manjit qualified from Liverpool University in 2008, Manjit completed her Vocational Training (Merseyside and Chester Scheme) in 2010. Manjit aims to provide a relaxed environment to help nervous patients. Manjit is fluent in Punjabi. In her spare time Manjit enjoys relaxing with Yoga.
Pamela joined the practice in 2012. Pamela qualified as Dental Hygienist/Therapist 2008 from Sheffield University. Pamela helps patients who are at risk of losing their teeth due to gum problems. Pamela provides deep cleaning of the teeth in a pain free fashion that helps patients to maintain their own teeth and gums through guidance on cleaning techniques. In her spare time Pamela enjoys travelling and spending time with her family and friends.
Claire joined the practice in 2015. Claire qualified as a Dental Hygienist/therapist in 2012 from Leeds University. Claire helps patients who are at risk of losing their teeth due to gum problems. Claire provides deep cleaning of the teeth in a pain free fashion that helps patients to maintain their own teeth and gums through guidance on cleaning techniques. In her spare time Claire enjoys long country walks with her partner and spending time with friends.
Julie joined the practice in 2000 and qualified as a dental nurse in 2010. Julie enjoys travelling in her spare time.
Hannah joined the practice in 2015 and Qualified as a Dental Nurse in 2012. She is bubbly and outgoing. In her spare time she plays womens american football recieved most improved player at the end of this season and as a team won the national championship 2016. Hannah enjoys sport generally and keeping fit and loves animals especially her 2 cats.
Daljit joined the practice in 2005 and qualified as a dental nurse in 2009. she has been working within dentistry for 20 years. In her spare time she enjoys trekking, long walks, cylcing and being outdoors.
Ewelina joined the practice in 2013 and qualified as a dental nurse in 2014. In 2015 she went on to qualify as an Oral Hygiene Educator.
Colleen joined the practice in 2012 and qualified as a dental nurse in 2014.
Sara joined the practice in 2016. She is training to be a receptionist and a dental nurse.
